I work intuitively, so each of our sessions will flow and adapt to your needs and desires. My guidance and support is customized and personalized to meet you where you're at. Here's an idea of what you'll learn:
We create your personal self-compassion blueprint by getting crystal clear on your goals for working together, then you begin the loving journey of remembering who you always were. You begin to rise up from the habits and thoughts that have been blocking you from recognizing your full-blown, badass self. And we'll set up an accountability practice that will accelerate your healing process.
Identify your inner bully (I call mine Spike), that critical voice that nags and berates you for not doing enough or not doing it right. We bring your self-talk out of the shadows and into the open. Find and own your truth (not Spike's), and learn to separate and differentiate these two. Notice and honor your feelings--learn to sit in your discomfort and connect with your body.
Out of dissatisfaction (that stuck-in-the-mud feeling that life isn't working). Identify limiting beliefs ("I'm not _____ enough"), and reframe your thoughts and attitudes. We'll identify core mistaken beliefs and give your inner little girl lots of much needed loving attention. This is where we really get into creating new patterns that serve you!
Guided meditations and tools to help regulate your nervous system, to get you out of fight-or-flight or freeze mode. We'll focus on reducing anxiety, healthy self-soothing, and being a fierce and loving Mama to your little girl. Cultivate a strong inner knowing that YOU are the Mama that you never had (this is essential for anxious, empathic and highly sensitive people).
Learn to honor your thoughts, your energy and your daily outcomes with personalized psychology hacks that will deepen your connection to self, open your heart and bring out your passion and purpose. Practice radical self-compassion along with radical self-care.
